He has been certified as a Distressed Property Expert, an Accredited Buyers Representative and holds the Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR) certification, all from the California Association of REALTORS®. Allen has also earned the Short Sale and Foreclosure Research Certification, and is a Certified Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (HAFA) Specialist.

A lifelong resident of the San Fernando Valley, Allen approaches community service with the same gusto he brings to his clients. He has spent time working with Benefit for Our Bravest, and enjoys coaching children in roller hockey in Burbank. He is also an avid fisherman, and enjoys membership in the Los Angeles Rod and Reel Club. Spending time with his family, playing golf, and skiing are also pastimes near to his heart.
